KATHMANDU, Sept 7: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balen Shah has made a satirical remark on Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba’s Facebook post.
On Deuba’s post stating, “I addressed the founding day of Nepal Urab Society and Karam Puja Program at Bhokraha Narsingh Rural Municipality in Sunsari,” Shah commented:
