We have to take the shortcomings in the party seriously and move forward: Poudel

KATHMANDU, Dec 12: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Pradip Poudel has said that there is no inclusion in the membership even though the party is based on structural inclusion.

KATHMANDU, Dec 12: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Pradip Poudel has said that there is no inclusion in the membership even though the party is based on structural inclusion.


Speaking in the program organized to exchange congratulations and best wishes to the delegates of the General Convention, Poudel said that the party should take its shortcomings and weaknesses seriously in the upcoming days and move forward.

Similarly, Poudel pointed out the need for using the ideology of the party that prevailed during the time of BP Koirala as well as ending corruption in society.


He said, “In the time of BP Koirala, the party was ideologically sharp. Also, there was an attempt by the leadership of BP Koirala to end all kinds of discriminations in society. However, we are not able to do the same today. Therefore, it is necessary to build the party in the same way as it was in the time of BP Koirala.”
