GULMI, Nov 24: CPN-UML's Dilli Raj Bhusal won under the Province Assembly (1) from Gulmi constituency 2. He garnered 14,285 votes while his closest contender Nepali Congress's Bhuvan Prasad Shrestha 13,226.

Similarly, under the PA (2), UML's Dinesh Panthi won. He received 13,929 votes while his nearest rival CPN (Maoist Center)'s Buddhi GC 13,819.
