KATHMANDU, Oct 5: Nepali Congress lawmaker Dilendra Prasad Badu has said that the main opposition party CPN-UML is so busy in obstructing parliament by chanting slogans of various topics that they don't want to listen to anyone anymore.
Speaking with media persons after the meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR), Badu said that the UML doesn't want to listen to the answers of the questions they are raising in the HoR meetings. Despite repeated warnings from the Speaker to maintain the parliamentary decorum, values and rules of the HoR, the opposition party is not ready to listen, he said.

In addition, Badu said that the unobstructed parliament meetings should be resumed for the concerned parties to answer the queries raised at the HoR regarding black money. The opposition party will get the answers to all the questions they have raised if the meetings are resumed without any obstruction.
“They raise questions regarding black money but who will answer them? They have repeatedly chanted slogans and obstructed the House. The parties concerned would have answered their queries if only they had let them do that. They will have to listen if they want answers to their questions,” he said.
