KATHMANDU, Dec 23: The CPN-UML obstructed the Bagmati Provincial Assembly meeting on Thursday.
As Speaker Sanukumar Shrestha was about to present the agenda in today's meeting of the provincial assembly, CPN (UML) provincial assembly member Keshav Raj Pandey said that the meeting could not be held until the chief minister responds to the issues raised by his party at Wednesday's meeting.
Speaker Shrestha adjourned the meeting till further notice. Today's meeting had an agenda to present the bill related to industry, tourism and higher education.
