KATHMANDU, Sept 12: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has expressed deep sorrow over the sudden demise of Constituent Assembly Chairman and former Speaker Subash Chandra Nembang.

Chairman Oli paid a heartfelt tribute to Nembang through a social media post, emphasizing the close friendship they shared over the years.

In his message, Oli described Nembang not only as the party's vice-chairman but also as a compassionate friend who stood by him through both joyous and sorrowful moments. Oli acknowledged Nembang's significant role in the establishment of a democratic constitution and expressed his commitment to preserving his memory.
