KHOTANG, Dec 13: CPN-UML has bagged highest votes in the district. The vote counting has finalized on Wednesday where UML wins towards first-past-the-post elections in Khotang has also become the first party in the proportional representations (PR) elections in the district.
UML bagged the highest votes towards the election of House of Representatives and Provincial Assemblies as compared to NC by 3,416 votes in the district.
UML bags highest votes in PR system in Dolakha
According to the data of District Election Office UML received 24,134,668 votes followed by the Nc that got 20,718 votes towards the House of Representatives election.
Similarly, theCPN-Maoist center secured third position with 12,433 votes. Federal Socialist Forum Nepal (FSFN) obtained 2,405 votes while Rastriya Prajatantra Party and Bibekshil Sajha Party garnered 932 votes and Naya Shakti Nepal Party 727 votes respectively.
Similarily, in the provincial assembly UML has got 21,349 votes where NC has received 16,861 votes and Maoist Center obtained 13520 votes in the district.
