UCPN (Maoist) Madhesi leaders demand share in party

KATHMANDU, March 27: Madhesi leaders associated to the Unified CPN (Maoist) have made it clear that they are not cruising to form a separate party.



Organizing a press conference at the party office, Parisdanda, on Wednesday, the dissent Madhes leaders expressed the hope that the party leadership would address their demand to give due space to Madhesis in the party. [break]



Party central committee members Biswonath Sah, Ram Kumar Yadav, Shrawan Yadav, Ram Kumar Sharma and Ramrijhan Yadav expressed the commitment towards the UCPN (Maoist).



However, central member Prabhu Sah, who was in light to take up leadership of to-be-formed new party, was conspicuously absent on the occasion.
