Chairman of the UCPN-Maoist, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, will inaugurate the Seventh General Convention of the party, according to the UCPN-Maoist District Committee, Makawanpur.[break]
Chairman Dahal, Vice Chairman and Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai, and another Vice Chairman of the party and Deputy Prime Minister Narayankaji Shrestha, including other central office bearers are scheduled to arrive in Hetauda by tomorrow afternoon.
However, the General Convention representatives of the UCPN-Maoist have begun to arrive in Hetauda as all the preparations for the General Convention have been concluded.
Meanwhile, the security condition at and around the general convention venue have been strengthened, Chief District Officer, Durga Prasad Bhandari told RSS.
The UCPN-Maoist has decided to organize the General Convention´s closed session and lodging arrangement at Hetauda Industrial District premises.
