Two engineers killed in the course of water testing at Dudh Koshi Hydropower Project

KATHMANDU, Dec 27: Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Pampha Bhusal has expressed her deep condolence on the tragic death of two engineers Subash Raj Regmi, 26, and Arjun Thapa, 29, after a pipe exploded during the course of water testing at the Solukhumbu Dudh Koshi Hydropower Project, which has a capacity of 86 Mega Watt.

“I am deeply saddened by the loss of two talented people.  I express my heartfelt condolences to their families, relatives and colleagues,” Minister said on a Facebook status.
