KATHMANDU, Feb 14 : Police have arrested two individuals in Rupandehi on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. The accused have been identified as Ajay Thapa, 28, and Govinda Thapa, 35, residents of Gauri Tole, Devdaha Municipality-3.

According to police, a complaint was filed against them stating that the duo had sexually assaulted a minor on Tuesday night. Based on the complaint, a team of police personnel from the Khaireni Police Post apprehended them on Thursday evening. Police have launched a further investigation into the incident.
