Locals had ruthlessly beaten up bus driver Satiram Mishra when the bus knocked down Mahendra Papadi of Pipara Village Development Committee (VDC).
Transport entrepreneurs and workers have been on agitation by halting vehicular services since October 26 citing the administration did not take any action against the persons involved in manhandling bus entrepreneurs and workers.
