KATHMANDU, May 3: Lawmaker Sagar Dhakal has taken oath as a member of the central secretariat of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).
Dhakal was sworn in by party chairperson Rabi Lamichhane during a ceremony held on Sunday at the party’s central office in Banasthali, Kathmandu.
