UDAYAPUR, April 8: President of Nepali Congress (NC) Sushil Koirala has said the remaining tasks of the constitution writing can be completed within a month if all lawmakers settle the contentious issues genuinely.

He said the Maoist party should help manage the PLA combatants and return the confiscated properties so as to assist the peace and constitution writing process.

Koirala urged the Maoist party to understand that totalitarianism has no space in Nepal adding that such regimes in the world were sidelined due to the struggles of the democratic forces.
