GULMI, Sept 22: At least three people died after a landslide buried their house in Gulmi.
Information Officer at the District Police Office, Gulmi, Puruswottam Pandey shared that Bhawana Pariyar, 21, Ganga, 14, and Jamuna, 14, died when the landslide buried the house of Tilak Pariyar of Resunga municipality-8, Thumka.

The landslide triggered by the incessant rainfall since Tuesday evening buried the house when the three had fallen asleep in the night.
Locals with support from the Nepal Army and Nepal Police personnel recovered bodies from the debris. The bodies have been kept at Gulmi Hospital for post-mortem, police said.
Information Officer Pandey further shared that Tilak Pariyar, his spouse and another daughter are safe and they have now been kept at neighbour's house, police said.
