KATHMANDU, Nov 1: Police have arrested three individuals on the charge of allegedly stabbing a youth to death at Devi Temple in Tokha Municipality on Friday.
A team of police from the Metropolitan Police Range, Teku, arrested three absconding youths from different places of Kathmandu on the charge of killing Ashish Magar, 24, a resident of Tokha Municipality-6.
Those arrested have been identified as Dorje Sherpa, 19, a permanent resident of Sankhuwasabha district; Ram Shrestha, 26, a resident of Tokha-5, and Rabi Thapa Magar, 27, from Syangja district.
According to police, the arrested stabbed Magar to death and absconded. Magar, who was critically injured, died in the course of treatment at Chirayu Hospital in Kathmandu.
The arrested have been kept in custody for further investigation, said police.
