3 Americans arrested for flying drone

PARBAT, Nov 28: Police have arrested three US nationals for flying a drone equipped with cameras without permission.

PARBAT, Nov 28: Police have arrested three US nationals for flying a drone equipped with cameras without permission. 



According to police, Robert Michael Kempton, Hull Spencer Harrison and Laura David Orubun were arrested from the district headquarters.



The trio was arrested while they were flying a drone nearby Nepal’s highest suspension bridge in Kusma, said District Police Chief Sekhar Khanal, adding that the foreigners were returning from Mustang.



The place where the trio had flown the drone is a sensitive area as an Armed Police Force camp is located nearby.



Police made them to erase the footage after confiscating the drone.
