Teenager drowns in Tinau river

TILOTTAMA, May 25: A teenager drowned in the Tinau River at Hariyali Park, Tilottama Municipality-6, Rupandehi, on Saturday.

The victim has been identified as 17-year-old Dibyams Bhusal, the son of Narayan Bhusal, who resides in Tilottama-5, Nayamil, Rupandehi.

Bhusal had gone to the river for a swim along with his friends. Unfortunately, he drowned around 8:30 AM while swimming with two friends.

The body of Bhusal was recovered by a team led by Senior Sub-Inspector Dipendra Baniya of the Mangalapur Area Police Office.
