For the event, large vehicles have been directed to park at Tundikhel, small four-wheelers at Dashrath Stadium in Tripureshwor and two-wheelers near the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office at Ramshah Path.

Vehicles heading from Maitighar to New Baneshwar have been diverted through various routes because of the teachers' protest. However, vehicles coming from New Baneshwar are operating via the service lane.

Due to increased traffic during peak hours, vehicles passing through Gwarko, Lokanthali, Jadibutti, Koteshwor, Chabahil, Maharajgunj, New Bus Park Gate, Sorhakhutte, Lainchaur, Keshar Mahal, Putalisadak, Padmodaya Mode, Singha Durbar, Nagasthan, Maitighar, Thapathali, Kupondole, and Tripureshwor in the Kathmandu Valley are currently moving slowly in queues.
