KATHMANDU, Dec 8: The State Affairs and Good Governance Committee of the House of Representatives is going to call Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on December 11 to discuss the sale of Ncell.

Last week, Malaysian company Axiata announced that it had sold 80 percent of its stake in Ncell to Satish Lal Acharya's company Spectrolite UK. The shares were sold at a low price with the aim of evading taxes without informing the regulatory authorities of Nepal.
