Sahara Club HK aids Bhomjan family

KATHMANDU, July 15: Sahara Club, Hong Kong on Wednesday gave away financial support of Rs 50,000 to the family of late sports journalist Suman Bhomjan through Nepal Sports Journalist Forum (NSJF).

Bhomjan had died during the April 25 earthquake in the capital. Sarita Gurung, a member of the Hong Kong chapter of Sahara Club, handed the amount to Nepal Sports Journalist Forum (NSJF) President Ajay Phuyal.

NSJF, the umbrella organization of sports journalists working across the country, had given away more than Rs 1.25 to the Bhomjan's family so far. Bhomjan was the founder president of NSJF Makawanpur Coordination Committee.
