KATHMANDU, Aug 10: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is holding its ‘Close Camp’ across five provinces– Sudurpaschim, Lumbini, Gandaki, Karnali, and Madhesh– focusing on political, institutional, and ideological discussions, as well as amendments to the party’s statutes.
Previously, a similar two-day camp was held for central leaders in Kathmandu. The current camps have seen participation from 80 members in Sudurpaschim, 70 in Lumbini, 60 in Gandaki, 30 in Karnali, and 80 in Madhesh Province, according to party spokesperson Manish Jha.

Participants include provincial committee members, district coordinators and members of provincial departments, with central party members facilitating the discussions. Notable facilitators include Deepak Bohora and Ganesh Parajuli in Sudurpaschim, Laxmi Tiwari and Kusum Maharjan in Lumbini, Shiva Nepali and Bijay Jairu in Gandaki, Hari Dhakal and Binita Kathayat in Karnali, and Manish Jha and Kamani Chaudharu in Madhesh Province.
Reports will be submitted to the central committee for further deliberation after the conclusion of camps.
