Rs 10m deposited in PM Relief Fund from Morang district

Morang, May 13: A total of Rs 10 million has been deposited in the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Rescue and Relief Fund from Morang District alone in support of quake victims. The amount was deposited in different phases from April 25, according to the District Administration Office, Morang.

Assistant Chief District Officer of Morang, Prem Prasad Luintel, said a total of Rs 10 million has been deposited in the PM Fund and food stuffs worth Rs 100 million have been distributed to different quake-hit districts from Morang.

The financial assistance was provided by some 100 different organizations in the district for the same. RSS
