Rs 100 m for quake victims from Universal Peace Federation

KATHMANDU, May 10: The Universal Peace Federation and World Peace and Integrated Family Association co-founder Dr Hak Ja Han Moon on Sunday provided an assistance of Rs 100 million for rescue, relief and rehabilitation of the victims of the 7.6 magnitude earthquake which struck Nepal on April 25.

Of the total amount, Rs 50 million will be provided to the Prime Minister's Natural Disaster Rescue Fund while the rest will be channeled to the needy people through various organization in collaboration of the government, according to Federation's Nepal Chairman and Constituent Assembly member Yeknath Dhakal.
