Participating students from the winning school, namely, Simran Dhoju, Lajja Shakya, Prasis Babu Shrestha, Ojaswee KC, Angel Pradhan and Ojesh Gurung, have also secured a position for themselves in the Grand Finale to be held in Kathmandu on September 11.
In the senior category, Shishir Poudel from East Pole Higher Secondary School bagged the winning award for extempore while Sujan Marpa from Arunima Higher Secondary School won the dance competition. Rajendra Thagunna from Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya stood first in the football juggling competition.
Similarly, in the junior category, Kiran Sunar from The Celebration Co-Ed (painting), Samipya Dangol from Ideal English Higher Secondary School (3 Minutes to Fame) and Prabesh KC from Paragon Public School (Score the Real Goal) were also awarded for their respective talents.
The Central Region 3 (Lalitpur/Kirtipur) finale is scheduled to be held on September 7.
