KATHMANDU, May 6: The result of the US Electronics Diversity Visa (DV) lottery is being publicized tonight. According to the US government, the result is going to be announced at 9:45 tonight.

Earlier, the American DV branch has said that it will be known whether the lottery to go to America has been won or not based on the confirmation code number received when filling the DV.
To see if one has won the DV lottery, one has to visit the site www.dvlottery.state.gov and enter one’s confirmation number. The US Embassy in Kathmandu has asked to keep the confirmation number safe.
