Stating that the achievement that should have been accomplished by the people’s movement has remained incomplete, Leader Gajurel claimed that the unification of the Maoists is possible if programs to make Nepal a republic are moved forward. Similarly, he demanded the Convention to advocate for the dismissal of the US-funded Millenium Challenge Corporation (MCC) compact agreement.

Leader Gajurel also said that the Maoist center should make efforts to reclaim the encroached lands of Nepal. He maintained that the doors of unification between Maoists will open after the encroached lands of Kalapani, Lipulekh, and Limpyadhura among others are reclaimed by the CPN (Maoist Center).
