KATHMANDU, April 14: Public transport and taxi fares have been increased in the Kathmandu Valley and Bagmati Province. The Ministry of Labor, Employment and Transport Management increased the fare on April 7 with effect from today.
According to the new fare, passengers will have to pay Rs 20 for five kilometers, Rs 25 for 10 kilometers, Rs 30 for 15 kilometers, Rs 33 for 20 kilometers and Rs 38 for 20 kilometers and above.
