KATHMANDU, March 28: Parliament secretariat has called for complaints from the general public, if any, against ambassadorial nominees to the United States, Germany and the United Kingdom.
In a public notice Saturday, the secretariat has requested members of the public to file their charges if any with full proofs against the proposed candidates -- Dr Sukhdev Shah for the United States, Dr Ramswartha Raya for United Kingdom and Suresh Prasad Pradhan for Germany.

The people can file their charges either through telephone or in person at the office of the Parliamentary Hearing Special Committee at Singhadurbar by April 1.
The government, however, has not yet sent names of Dr Chandra Kant Poudel and Surendra Karki (Ram Karki) for confirmation hearing. Maoist supporter Poudel has been picked for Nepal´s ambassador to India and Maoist politburo member Karki has been picked for ambassador to France.
