“The group of five men asked for a lift saying that their vehicle had broken down. They snatched our mobile phones and forced us to drive them wherever they wanted,” said Lilabahadur Thapa, driver of the vandalized vehicle.
The men had also attempted to vandalize the delivery vehicles of Nagarik, Rajadhani, Annapurna Post and Samacharpatra dailies headed for Kavre from Kathmandu.
