KATHMANDU, Dec 19: President Ram Chandra Paudel on Friday issued the House of Representatives Member Election (First Amendment) Ordinance.

According to a statement issued by the Office of the President, the ordinance was issued on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 114(1) of the Constitution.
