KATHMANDU, Nov 21: President Ramchandra Paudel has issued the “Nepal Special Services (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2082.”

According to Pradeep Kumar Koirala, spokesperson for the President’s Office, the ordinance was formally promulgated today.
The ordinance was issued under Subsection (1) of Article 144 of the Constitution of Nepal, based on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
