BHAKTAPUR, Dec 8: Bhaktapur Durbar Square, usually bustling with domestic tourists every Saturday, saw an especially large crowd this Saturday. The reason was the visit of the Pokhara Avengers team, participating in the Nepal Premier League (NPL). Led by Nepali cricketer Kushal Bhurtel, the team, comprising both local and international players, explored Bhaktapur's cultural heritage sites.

The team consisted of 26 players and representatives, including players from India and other countries. The team arrived in Bhaktapur at 5 PM and spent about an hour exploring the Durbar Square and the famous Nyatapola Temple (Panch Talle Mandir). Although they had planned to visit the Dattatreya area, it was not possible due to time constraints.
