KATHMANDU, May 15: Popular youth candidate for the post of mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC), Balen Shah reached Bhaktapur on Sunday. Shah, who is leading the race for the post of mayor of KMC from the independent cluster, reached the office of Bhaktapur Municipality-2.
