Gurung said that the meeting decided to call for filing of complaints against the proposed justices and ambassadors.
Parliamentary hearing process was postponed as it took long time to approve the Legislature-Parliament Regulations.
Major political parties were agreed to forward all process after Gurung was elected to the PHSC Chair on Tuesday. There was row among political parties over the number of PHSC members.
Similarly, the meeting also approved the work procedure of the PHSC prepared by the taskforce.
The PHSC would carry out hearing of proposed chief justice, 11 justices, and ambassadors to 21 different countries. There is a constitutional provision that name of the proposed candidates should be approved after carrying out hearing. RSS
