PHC calls for complaints against proposed ambassadors for Australia and Belgium

KATHMANDU, Sept 20: The Parliamentary Hearing Committee (PHC) has called for complaints against two proposed ambassadors.


Since the parliamentary hearing for the proposed ambassadors is still pending, the PHC has issued a notice today calling for complaints against the proposed ambassador to Belgium, Sewa Lamsal, and the proposed ambassador to Australia, Chitra Lekha Yadav.

The PHC has stated that complaints or notifications can be submitted to the PHC's secretariat or any District Administration Office within 10 days from today during office hours.


On Thursday, the PHC approved the names of 16 ambassadors previously proposed by the government.
