KATHMANDU, Aug 4: A sub-committee has been formed under the parliamentary committee of Education and Health to monitor the upcoming 13th South Asian Games (SAG). The meeting of the committee held on Sunday decided to form the 5-members sub-panel under the leadership of Jeevan Ram Shrestha, according to committee chair Jayapuri Gharti.
Namita Kumari Chowdhary, Gajendra Bahadur Mahat, Nabina Lama and Narayan Prasad Marasini are the members of the sub-committee. The sub-committee is assigned to prepare a report about the preparations and direct the government for the necessary arrangements, according to Gharti.
