KATHMANDU, April 30: One person died after being injured while trying to extinguish a fire in Godavari Municipality-4, Badikhel forest of Lalitpur.
Shankar Pahari, who sustained injuries during dousing efforts, lost his life at Nepal Cleft & Burn Center, Kirtipur while undergoing treatment according to SP Naresh Raj Subedi.

The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon, when locals Shankar Pahari and Ramesh Pahari were injured while attempting to extinguish the fire.
The fire spread to Godavari Municipality-6 Lalitpur, Anandaban, resulting in the relocation of patients of the nearby leprosy hospital to safer locations.
