According to police, Aamir Ghimire was killed after a truck, Ba 3 Kha 710, hit a motorcycle, Ba 34 Pa 7883, at Budhanilkantha-3, Golfutar. Ghimire died while being taken to hospital for treatment.
Rajendra Ghimire, 26, and Munak Ghimire, 14, were injured in the mishap and are receiving treatment at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital.
Police said they have arrested the truck driver and impounded both the vehicles.
