Police inspector Madhu Sudan Neupane of Metropolis Police Circle said a pedestrian of around 60 years died after a motorcycle (Ba 28 Pa 9263) hit her.
Motorcyclist Manoj Bhandari, a permanent resident of Gorkha district, was arrested this morning from his residence at Kusunti, Lalitpur, police said.
