DAMAK, Jan 22: A motorcyclist was killed in a road mishap at Damak in Jhapa on Saturday night.
The deceased has been identified as Jay Kumar Rai, 33, of Banjho-3 in Ilam. The accident took place when a van, Ko 5 Pa 3702, heading for Beldangi from Damak hit a motorcycle, Me 1 Ja 4044, that Rai was riding, said police.

Seriously injured Rai died in course of treatment at Damak-based Lifeline Hospital. The Area Police Office, Damak, has arrested the van driver and impounded the vehicle. RSS
