One arrested with red panda skin

BANKE, Oct 28: A man has been arrested with Red Panda skin.

Man Bahadur Shahi,31, a resident of Mrigali settlement in ward no. 2 of Kohalpur municipality was arrested by police from his home last night, according to police inspector Devi Prasad Poudel.

Two units of the skin of the endangered Red Panda were recovered from his house.

Shahi has been handed over to the District Forest Office, Banke along with the skin for necessary action. RSS
