KATHMANDU, Oct 14: One person has been arrested along with a tractor loaded with sal wood from Judpaniya, Bijaynagar Municipality-6, Kapilvastu.
On Sunday evening, a tractor with the registration number Lu 3 Ta 2291 was caught illegally transporting 10 pieces of sal logs, and local Durga Prasad Arakh was also arrested, according to forest official Wali Mohammad Khan.

Based on information regarding the theft and smuggling of timber, the wood, tractor, and Khan, who is connected to the case, have been seized, and further investigation is underway, he stated.
