KATHMANDU, Nov 30: KP Sharma Oli has been elected as the chairman of CPN-UML for a second time at the party’s 10th General Convention held in Chitwan.
He won the poll by a landslide against Bhim Rawal, who had also registered his candidacy for the post of party’s chair. Oli secured 1,840 votes while Rawal received just 223 votes in the election. Similarly, 33 representatives did not vote.
Meanwhile, the swearing-in ceremony and the first meeting of the new central committee will also be held in Chitwan
