Metropolitan Police Range Kathmandu has accused Thapa of exploiting Nepali girls in the pretext of conducting night-time entertainment businesses. Thapa is said to have owned several nude dance bars in the capital.
Thapa, seemingly a film artiste, would be booked on a count of public offense charges, the police said.
