Dipak Kharel, member at Non-Residence Nepali Association (NRN) International Coordination Committee, said a fund amounting to Euro 2,129 has been collected to construct a kitchen building for the rehabilitation center based in Kavre.
The fund, which was collected at the initiation of nepalinepali.com, will be handed over to the center at a program to be organized in the coming week, said Kharel.
The rehabilitation center has been operating at Kharelthok in Kavre since last 10 years. The center currenlty houses 22 mentally challenged children from various districts including Kavre, Sindhupalchok, Kathmandu, Dhading, said teacher at the center, Sudha Silwal.
