NRM gives away diamond rings to lucky winners

KATHMANDU, April 1: Nepal Republic Media (NRM), the publisher of Republica English Daily and Nagarik Nepali Daily, on Sunday gave away diamond rings to Helle Shrestha and Sujeeta Shrestha, the winners of the International Herald Tribune´s diamond ring scheme ´Your are Special´.



Shova Gyawali, director of NRM and Amir Maharjan, executive director of Classic Diamonds, gave away the rings to Helle and Sujeeta, respectively.



The scheme, introduced by NRM on the occasion of International Women´s Day and the Holi festival, was targeted at women subscribers.



The names of the winners of the scheme, who were selected through a lucky draw, were announced by SSP Devendra Subedi, chief of Metropolitan Crime Division, last Wednesday.



The third winner of the scheme, Sudha Basnet, is yet to collect the prize. The scheme was sponsored by Classic Diamonds.
