In the event played under ¾ stableford format, Dhurba Thapa, the 18-handicap player, scored 40 points to finish runner-up in the tournament.
Norbu was also eligible for gross winner prize with 38 gross points but he chose to walk home with net winner prize due to one player one prize rule. Nischaya Rayamajhi scored 35 gross points to claim the gross winner prize. Emerging golfer Prithivi Malla scored 34 gross points to take the gross runner-up trophy.
YD Kwon emerged winner in the women's section with 26 points under her belt. Rekha Ghimire finished second with 25 points. Similarly, Bejoy Moktan won the best senior golfer award (age 60 and above) with 34 points.
Purna B Rai claimed the closest to the pin award. Phinchok N Lama got the longest drive and Norbu Sherpa got the most birdies award with 4 birdies.
The event featured total of 99 players.
After the second edition of the series, Norbu Sherpa and Tashi Tshering stand on top of the gross and nett category with equal 10 points each in either section. Similarly, Lobsang Tashi (84 points) and Nischaya Rayamajhi (60 points) are third and fourth while Pemba Sherpa and Prithivi Malla with 40 points each are tied for fifth in the gross category. Dhruba Thapa and Young Man Goo (60 points each) and Nischaya Rayamajhi and Tashi Tsering (40 points each) are tied third and fifth respectively in nett category.
Top ten net scorers and top five gross scorers earn points from the first two editions. Points shall be doubled in the final series. The players earning highest points on gross and nett category after the three events will be named Carlsberg Series Gross and Nett Champions.
