Actor Swastima Khadka and her life partner director Nischal Basnet were felicitated as an ‘Ideal Couple’ amid ‘Ideal Couple Felicitation-2076’ organized by Lalit Bahuudeshiya Sahakari Sanstha and Lalit Fariya Ghar in Lalitpur on Thursday.

The event was held amid an inauguration program of ‘Teej Maiti Mela 2076’ being held in Jawalakhel and is slated to continue till Saturday. The couple was felicitated by the chief guest of the event Chiri Babu Maharjan, Mayor of Lalitpur Metropolitan City. After being felicitated the couple expressed their happiness. Nischal said that the felicitation encouraged him to work more actively in the Nepali film fraternity. The felicitation event was followed by various fun activates including dance and singing.
Organizer of the festival Meena Neupane Rimal stated that people can get extra discount on products of Lalit Bahuudeshiya Sahakari Sanstha and Lalit Fariya Ghar in the festival.
