The training also explained making quick and inclusive decisions by acting consciously – drawing upon the characteristics, values, insights and priorities that make individuals humane and emphasizing their own unique capacity to be oneself.
In two-hour training Professor Davies and Dr Gupta shared their own practical experience as well as new research insights, with opportunities for refreshments and networking.
They also equipped the participants to work through their own leadership challenges using a new model for leadership decision-making and with a new mindset that is holistic, culturally relevant and fit for purpose in the fastest of professional environments, but which allows a bit of space to pause, reflect and evaluate before jumping to action.
Some 70 managers and top-level leadership of the corporate houses, and entrepreneurs took part in the program.
